School payment changes

Due to the COVID-19 situation and resulting loss of jobs, schools have been advised that some families may need to defer any payments to the school. If this is the case, please contact Helen Clark, Finance Officer at the school.

Please note this is a deferral of payment and any outstanding debt is still expected to be paid.

At this time we are planning to accept payments and reinstate any instalment plans from Monday, 1st June, 2020. More information will be sent home when it is available.

Pupil Free Days & Device and Internet Surveyampaign 2020-03-26

Plans are underway to transition to flexible teaching and learning from the beginning of Term 2.To ensure schools are ready for this major change, today our Minister announced 4 pupil free days before Easter (6, 7, 8 and 9 April) for all of our schools and preschools.

The pupil free days will enable teachers to plan and prepare for new models of learning that can be delivered consistently to students at home and at school.

POSHC and vacation care will continue to operate for students who need it during the pupil free days and school holidays. However, please be aware that working families will get first preference.

IMPORTANT

We need to ascertain each families’ capacity to undertake the change to flexible teaching and learning by Monday, 30th March, 2020. All families with a recorded email on file have been sent this link individually and we ask that you complete the survey as a matter of urgency, adhering to this deadline.  Here is the link for the survey:  https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/WQYPBMB

We are also aware that some of our families do not have devices or the internet so we have posted a note home to all families today asking that if this is the case for you that you ring the school with your responses to the survey and we will take your answers over the phone.  The questions are listed below.  Please telephone the school on 8326 0900 between 8:00am and 4:00pm before the close of business on Monday, 30th March, 2020.  Please disregard this letter if you have completed the survey online.

Please note: we need to account for all of our families for this exercise.
